Despite that the building has elevator, there are a pair of stairs with 10 steps each to get to the apartament, one to get to the elevator and the other one from the elevator door to the door of the apartment. I’m telling you in case this could be a problem.
If you are more than 4, for the sofa bed, use the sheets that are at the bottom of the closet of the main room.
Wifi is up and running and you have the password at the bottom of the router .
The hot water is also activated and works with the gas heater in the kitchen. The heating works with the thermostat that is in the living room.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Please close the doors and windows when leaving the house
